Your Career

As a Product Marketing Manager at Cape Privacy, you will play a key role in planning and executing the product marketing strategy for our product offerings. You will drive positioning, messaging, and content creation. 

You will work closely with stakeholders from product management, sales, and other marketing functions to develop and execute your strategy. You will have high impact work and the chance to change the future of data privacy and AI! This role reports to the Head of Marketing.

Your Impact

  • Establish value propositions and messaging, with a clear understanding of the target markets and buyer personas and of competitive dynamics.
  • Author compelling, high-quality content, both at a business and a technical level
  • Create engaging customer-facing content, such as white papers, customer decks, solution briefs, webpages, blogs, and videos
  • Launch products and support execution of marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with Product Management to become one of their go-to’s for certain product areas

Your Experience

  • 4+ years of product marketing experience
  • You enjoy developing content, have an eye for creativity, and have an aptitude to rapidly learn new concepts 
  • Proven success at crafting product messages and translating technical features into value-driven, customer-focused narratives.
  • Organizational, communication, and storytelling skills, particularly with technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience setting priorities, problem solving, and multi-tasking in a high growth, fast-paced environment
  • A strong interest in becoming the product expert and bringing the voice of the customer to the product development and launch process
  • Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with AI, ML, data privacy technologies
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA is desirable
